Boiler feed water requires high-quality processing in order to avoid corrosion damage to the tank, boiler or condensate network. The treatment generally comprises desalination, degassing and conditioning. Degassing is carried out physically and/or chemical -catalytically. The choice of the conditioning chemicals depends, among other things, on the mode of operation.
